"If it pops into my head & makes me smile then there is a very good chance that I will paint or sculpt it. Believe me when I say, a lot pops in there"

Simon Skint is a contemporary artist who works in many different mediums & uses a multitude of techniques in his creations. Starting out working mainly with spray paints, he put the cans to one side and concentrated on sculptural work. Over the last couple of years he has started to work more with oil paints but still remains true to his style of adding a modern day social twist. 

 

"I believe art should be approachable. Resonating with people on a visceral level. It should give you an opinion. You may love it. You may hate it. But it should provoke a reaction either way".

 

Simon's work has been shown at several international art fairs including the Affordable Art fairs in both the UK and abroad and the Moniker art fairs in London. He has also had works in exhibitions in London, Manchester, Miami, New York, Venice, Sydney & Montreal as well as many others.
