Refunds & Returns

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact The Skint Works by phone or email within 7 days of receipt. We will aim to work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All refunds will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: The Skint Works Studio, 4 Regent Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 5HW, UK. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
